Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and the original packing slip included.
Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return.
Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong item was sent.
If an incorrect item was shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items — exchange only.
Special Product Categories
Seasonal or holiday items (e.g., Christmas decorations, themed clothing, or home decor) are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged.
Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges are only provided for items damaged upon arrival (contact us within 3 days of delivery).
Lost or Missing Packages (Domestic U.S. Only)
If a package is lost in transit, we will reship a replacement once the issue is confirmed with the carrier.
If the tracking shows “Delivered,” we consider the package successfully delivered and no reshipment or refund will be issued.
For disputed deliveries, customers may request to file a carrier claim.
We will assist with the process if a case number and claim details are provided within 2 business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Clothing Items
Please note that measurements may slightly vary from listed sizes due to manual measuring methods.
Returns are accepted if the buyer covers return shipping (except when the wrong item was shipped).
Non-Delivered or Unclaimed Packages
If the courier leaves a pickup notice and the recipient fails to collect the package, resulting in a return to sender, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipments.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the designated time frame.
